One bundle

$5 per active user / month

Active users are counted consistently with current active-user billing patterns. Unlimited standard users remain included without Operations Plus.

API access

Basic API access for creating customers and leads is included. Advanced API enablement is included with Operations Plus, and Advanced API usage meters through SecurityTrax Tokens.

QuickBooks Online sync

Two-way accounting sync with QuickBooks Online is now part of Operations Plus.

Inventory operations

Auto-generated equipment orders, vendor workflows, third-party inventory integrations, and stronger inventory operations.

Monthly allowance

5,000 tokens are included each month and reset on the 1st. The first partial recurring month prorates by days remaining.

Shared wallet

After the included allowance is used, paid token usage draws from a wallet the dealer controls.

Cost controls

Auto-reload thresholds, spend limits, and prepaid balances help prevent surprise direct-cost exposure.

You pay a minimum of $250 each month. Your core usage — customer creates, active and archived storage, and any Operations Plus users — applies toward that $250 first. You only pay above $250 once your core usage totals more than the minimum, so smaller and newer dealers often stay right at $250.
New signups pay a one-time $250 setup fee to get started. After that, you pay the standard $250 monthly minimum plus any usage that exceeds it.
